Sisters of the Light

Exhibition Statement

Sisters of the Light features photography by three Oregon women who personify the modern, socially emancipated woman at the turn of the century. Wiggins, White and Ladd are three out of six west coast photographers involved in Alfred Stiegliz’s Photo-Secessionist movement. The collection contains platinum prints, gelatin silver prints and others. There are also original photogravure pieces from the publication “Camera Work”.
